You’ll appreciate that we’re not the kind of “hold back” people that tell you what we think you want to hear. You’ll understand we don’t want to be hired that badly.

We don’t want you to waste our time, and we certainly won’t waste yours with fluffy conversation and pandering compliments. If you have a great idea we’ll run with it. If it sucks. Well, we’ll politely and professionally explain why that isn’t what you need…no matter how much you may want it.

Honesty? Darn right. We like to be able to sleep at night.
